We hope you’ll love your RÉACLYSE order. If not, here’s how returns work.

30-day right of withdrawal

If you purchased online, you may withdraw within 30 days of receiving your order – no reason needed.

How to withdraw:
Email hello@reaclyse.com with your order number and a clear statement that you’re withdrawing (you may also use our Model Withdrawal Form in the Terms of Service appendix).

Refunds under the 30-day rule include:

  • the item price, and
  • the standard outbound shipping cost (if you chose an expedited option, we refund the standard rate only).
    You cover the return shipping unless the item is defective/misdescribed.

Our standard returns

Separate from your legal rights, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery when items are unused and in saleable condition.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged, with all components included.
  • Original packaging should be included and in reasonable condition.
  • Please pack returns securely; you’re responsible for the parcel until we receive it.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
  • Personalized/customized items (if/when offered), unless defective or misdescribed.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if something’s wrong. For validated issues, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund and cover reasonable return shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@reaclyse.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
  4. Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund.

Refund timing & method

  • We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return (or receiving evidence of return shipment for withdrawals), to your original payment method.
  • Banks/card providers can take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since our confirmation, please contact us.
