Preorders for The Return open now, with delivery planned for December 2025. Your journal will be shipped as soon as production is finalized and your order is ready.
Yes. Preorders are charged at the moment of purchase to reserve your copy - especially as this First Edition is limited. You’ll receive a confirmation email right away and shipping updates closer to dispatch.
You can create your portal account anytime - even before your journal arrives. However, full access to The Return is unlocked with a unique QR code placed inside your journal box. Once your journal is delivered, simply scan it to begin your guided journey.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to most countries in Europe. The full, up-to-date list of destinations appears at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, contact us - we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We always aim to offer the most reliable and cost-effective options available.
Unused and unopened journals can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at hello@reaclyse.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
If your journal arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you immediately - your experience matters to us.
