Where we ship

We currently ship to most countries in Europe. The full, up-to-date list of destinations is shown at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll try to help.

Shipping costs & free delivery

Shipping fees and any free-shipping thresholds are clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

• Luxembourg: free standard shipping above 100 EUR.
  
• Other European countries: standard shipping shown at checkout.
  
• Free shipping (where available) applies to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Customs, duties & taxes

• Within the EU: VAT is handled at checkout; no additional duties on delivery.
  
• Outside the EU (e.g., UK, CH, NO): Local duties/taxes may apply and are paid by you to the carrier or customs.

Processing & delivery times

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  
• Transit estimates:
  
  • Luxembourg: 1–3 business days
    
  • Other European countries: 3–10 business days
    Actual times depend on destination, carrier capacity, weather, and peak seasons. We’ll send tracking as soon as your order ships.

Partial shipments & pre-orders

• We may ship items together or separately, depending on availability.
  
• Pre-orders: charged at checkout; estimated ship windows are shown on the product page and may change due to production or carrier constraints. You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund.

Missed delivery & address issues

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the carrier will provide re-delivery/collection options. If items are returned to us after failed delivery or an incorrect address, we can reship (additional shipping fee applies) or refund the item price (minus original shipping where applicable).
