These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, shop, and digital portal, and the purchase of our products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope & changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at checkout applies to your order. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country to purchase. You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

4. Product information & availability

We try to display product images and colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to device settings or manufacturing tolerances. Packaging may differ from images. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.

5. Ordering process & contract formation

  • Your order: Adding items to cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy.
  • Acceptance: We accept your order when we email an Order Confirmation; at that point a contract is formed.
  • If we can’t accept: If an item is unavailable, priced or described in error, or delivery is not possible, we’ll cancel and refund any amount paid.
  • Order number: Please reference it in any contact with us.

6. Prices, taxes, and payment

  • Prices are shown on the website at checkout and may change without notice (changes don’t affect already-accepted orders).
  • Prices typically include applicable VAT for EU deliveries, if stated at checkout. For deliveries outside your country, import duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are your responsibility.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (processed securely by Stripe). By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected method.
  • Pricing errors: If a technical or typographical error causes an incorrect price to be shown, we may cancel any affected orders (even if confirmed) and issue a refund. You may re-order at the correct price.

7. Delivery, risk & title

  • Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout. We aim to deliver as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 days after order acceptance unless a longer time is clearly stated during checkout.
  • Delays outside our control: If a delay occurs due to events beyond our control, we’ll inform you and take reasonable steps to minimize impact. We are not liable for such delays.
  • Missed deliveries: If you don’t collect or re-arrange delivery after reasonable attempts, we may charge storage and re-delivery fees and/or cancel the order.
  • Risk & ownership: Risk passes on delivery to your address; ownership transfers when we receive full payment.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer shopping online, you have the right to withdraw within 30 days without giving a reason.

  • Period: 30 days after the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods.
  • How to withdraw: Email hello@reaclyse.com with your order number and a clear statement that you’re withdrawing, or use the Model Withdrawal Form in Appendix A.
  • Returns: Send goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective/misdescribed.
  • Condition & deductions: You may handle items to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning as in a shop. We may deduct from your refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
  • Refund timing: We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return shipment, using your original payment method.
  • Exclusions: The withdrawal right may not apply to customized/personalized items or sealed items opened after delivery where return is unsuitable.

Note: Duties/taxes paid to customs are typically non-refundable by us; you may seek recovery from your local authorities where applicable.

9. Faulty, misdescribed, or not-fit-for-purpose goods

You have statutory rights if products are defective, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.

  • Contact us at hello@reaclyse.com with details and photos (if helpful).
  • We’ll provide repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate and cover reasonable return shipping for validated defects.
  • This section does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

10. Returns process (summary)

  1. Email hello@reaclyse.com.
  2. We’ll confirm the return steps and address.
  3. Pack items securely; include original accessories/packaging where possible.
  4. Keep proof of postage/tracking.

11. Accounts & digital portal

  • You may create an account/portal access. Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend/terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
  • Portal content you store remains yours; please keep backups. We may apply storage or feature limits and maintenance windows.

12. Reviews, user content & license

If you submit reviews, comments, or other materials (“User Content”):

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services and marketing (you can request removal by contacting us).
  • You represent you own or have rights to the content, and that it’s lawful and non-infringing.
  • We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

13. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) break laws; (b) infringe IP rights; (c) post unlawful/abusive/defamatory or harmful content; (d) introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) scrape or reverse engineer the Services; (f) use the Services to create a competing product; or (g) interfere with security features.

14. Promotions, gift cards & one-time codes

Promotions and codes are time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to their stated terms. We may cancel benefits in cases of abuse, error, or fraud. Gift cards (if offered) are redeemable only on our site, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

15. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and designs on the Services are owned by or licensed to RÉACLYSE and protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.

16. Privacy & cookies

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review both; they form part of these Terms.

17. Warranties & disclaimers

The Services and products are provided as described and as available. We aim for accuracy and continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Liability

  • We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  • For other loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the contract or use of the Services, we are liable only for foreseeable losses caused by our breach.
  • To the extent permitted by law, and except for the above non-excludable liabilities, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee, business losses (loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, or goodwill), or delays caused by events outside our control.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

19. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier issues, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, utility failures, major cyber incidents).

20. Assignment

We may assign/transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may assign your rights only with our written consent.

21. Severability & no waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

22. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any purchase contracts are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Courts in Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction; however, if you are an EU consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence and benefit from mandatory consumer protections of that country.
